A Calm Space to Be

Heard

The Listening Finch is a reflective counselling practice for adults seeking clarity, support, and a deeper understanding of what sits beneath the surface.

I support people navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, questions of identity, or a sense that something in life feels unresolved. Together, we can slow the pace, make meaning of your experiences, and create room for you to hear your own voice more clearly.

My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. This allows me to offer a thoughtful, responsive, and grounded way of working.

WELCOME

A Calm Place to

Pause & Reflect

Sometimes it can be hard to find space to pause and make sense of what is happening beneath the surface. You may be navigating change, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, or sensing that something in life no longer fits in the way it once did.

The Listening Finch offers a calm, thoughtful space where conversations can unfold at your own pace. Rather than rushing towards solutions, counselling can create room for reflection, understanding, and new ways of relating to your experiences.

Many people who arrive here are exploring questions of identity, living with complex health experiences such as HIV, or working in creative and emotionally demanding environments. There is no single story that brings someone to counselling.

"Every story deserves to be heard"
